enCentral

The core of the enVisual system is enCentral, the Entity and Communications management module. This central repository is used to manage all vital information concerning current clients, prospects, business relationships and communications and correspondence. enCentral exchanges information with other enVisual products and modules using a proprietary architecture called Central Point navigation (CPN).This function allows access to information such as billing, accounting, document management or work in progress.

The enCentral module also incorporates a task manager that facilitates management of employee and client tasks and to do lists.

Through enCentral the user can manage Entities, Relationships, Tasks, Communications and Branches.
