All of our CRM related grids support a details or mod panel that shows additional information for the selected record. The content of the additional panel will change to match the associated grid.
The picture below shows an example of this panel on the main CRM grid within enCentral:
The panel can be enabled and disabled using the option button at the lower point of the screen.
Note: This feature works best when the "CRM auto refresh panels" option is turned on within the performance section of the configuration section under the configuration tab.
