Until now, the large investment required to acquire mutual funds administration and accounting software systems was prohibitive for many small to mid-size firms. Not any more. enNAV delivers a powerful, flexible and easy to use mutual funds administration system at a fraction of the cost of other systems. enNAV enables small to mid-sized firms to employ an effective mutual fund system at a manageable cost - allowing them to provide Fund and Unit Trust services to their customer base - profitably. enNAV is fully multi-currency, providing NAV and unit price calculation. enNAV also includes full subscription and redemption workflow and comes complete with a library of reports, including CPPS compliant performance reports.

Depending upon your requirements and budget, enNAV can be provided with the Free Microsoft Express database; alternatively you can leverage your existing Microsoft SQL Enterprise platform investment.

The enNAV module can be "plugged in" to the enVisual enCentral CRM module, enabling each of your existing contacts to be set up as holders. The enCentral CRM will then display graphical relationships including both the intrinsic structure of funds - detailing for example Fund of Funds, Feeder Funds and Sub-Funds. Subscription and Redemption transactions are managed by the system enabling you to maintain a complete holders database. enNAV is fully multi-currency and tracks a NAV history for each fund.

enNAV can be further enhanced by the addition of the enVisual enPortfolio Portfolio Management / Investments module and the enAccount nominal ledger, which will provide your firm with the ability to record investment assets for funds as well as all income and expenses. enNAV can also be set up to automatically calculate NAV values which can then be used within Subscription transactions. enNAV can provide your firm with a fully integrated Mutual Fund Administration and Accounting solution - all at a fraction of the cost of other systems.

The module comprises:

Mutual Funds (Add)

Holders (Add)
