The Search Menu is split up into three sections, two of which will only be displayed when you are on the search results page.
The three sections are Preferences, Document Management and Document Operations, these sections are explained below.
Preferences The preferences section is used to control how the documents list is displayed, either by performing a search or advanced search.
Several Filters are available here as well. View Documents by Entity displays all documents for a specific entity,
View checked Out Document
View all outstanding documents (those moved to another responsible user on a temporary basis)
or view all documents that you are responsible for.
The search and advanced search options are detailed in the Searching For Documents section.
Document Management The Document Management section contains controls to manage and maintain documents that have been published to LiveFile, for a detailed explanation of this section see the Document Management page.
Document Operations The Document Operations section contains options to change the selected document in numerous ways, for more details on this section see the Document Operations page. |
