The enVisual™ company secretarial / trust administration system enSecretary makes the process of recording and tracking statutory information for Onshore and Offshore Companies / Trusts a breeze, freeing you and your staff up to spend more time on real business. enSecretary performs all of the essential and time consuming tasks associated with corporate management including the production of resolution documents, while at the same provides rapid data entry and simple access to your precious data. enSecretary has been designed to support a multitude of jurisdictions and optionally links to our other enVisual modules such as client / trust accounting, billing and time recording systems.
enSecretary is the module that deals with all aspects of corporate secretarial management, production of documentation and minutes, automated incorporation and name approval. It is divided into 2 main areas, Companies and Trusts. Additionally the following items are part of the enSecretary module. Name Approval, Minutes, Global Officer Replace, Global Signatory Replace, Reporting.
Operation of this module does require the configuration of standing data to drive the various areas of the system. The default data is not complex to set up and forms the basis of efficient operation. These options are all located in the enSecretary Maintenance options. |
