Every time and action is performed against a company or trust, a set of minutes will be produced as documentation of the action.
To view default information to be used when creating minutes the user can right click on the company or trust from companies or trusts grids, then go to company details or trust details and then click minutes.
Companies Grid Trusts Grid
Selecting the Create Ad-Hoc Minutes option will display the Minutes grid for the user, the minutes grid is shown below.
From the Create Ad-Hoc Minutes grid the user can select any default options to be selected when printing minutes for the selected Company or Trust. The default options that the user can change are:-
Documents Sent To
when all the necessary changes have been made, the user can click the Set Default button to save all the changes that have been made.
From the Display Minute History / Defaults grid the user can view any old minutes created for the selected Company or Trust by pressing the History button. Pressing the history button will display the below screen.
The History screen lists all minutes that have been created for the selected trust. Using this minutes list the user can select any minutes created for this Company or Trust and reprint them using the Print button. |
