For enVisual to work a new license will need to be purchased from enSynergy. This license will then need to be updated from within the product.
Opening the license update screen:
Configuration > License > View License Information
To update the license please simple copy and paste the new license into the license code box.
Note:
| • | The license will be provided via email or through your ftp access. |
| • | All users will need to disconnect and reconnect for the license key changes to take place. |
| • | If your existing license has expired then you will be shown a prompt to open this screen when your attempt to connect to enVisual. |
| • | The information above applies to changes made on or after version 4.5.30.88 of the software only. |
