This section discusses how to setup and manage Protectors, this is done from the Trusts Grid by right clicking on a trust, going to trust details, and going to the sub menu Related Details, then selecting Protectors.
One or more trust protectors can be added / maintained here. Protectors must be existing CRM entities and must have the system category "Protector" attached. The system allows for the recording of both appointment and resignation dates. Protectors can be added, edited and resigned from the browser as shown below. To add a Protector the user can click on the 'Add Protector' button to be presented with the following screen.
From this screen the user can add a Protector Type, the entity who is the Protector, an appointment date for said protector and/or a Resignation date as well.
To delete a Protector, the user can select the appointed protector from the protectors screen and press the 'Remove Protector' button on the left hand panel. |
