Product Fees

 

This product fee is based on standard products, which are defined within enPractice Billing Maintenance Products.

To add a product fee, first of all add a new fee as in Manual Fees. Then when you add the fee line select the type of Product fee.  This will enable a further drop down list showing all the products available for this billing entity.

 

Notice the product cost is automatically filled in for you, if you select a quantity of greater then 1 the product cost will also increase.  Now select the Fee Line Ref box, the description and Fee account will be automatically be completed.  Now Click on Next and the transaction will be added to the fee   Click on Finish to complete the fee, or Add to add another line.
