Managed company are administered entities in enVisual360. Companies is one of two main areas of enSecretary in enVisual360, the second being Trusts. Companies is the central management area for all companies in the system, whether the companies are banks, manufacturers, caterers, etc.
Adding/Creating a Managed Company
Selecting Managed Company from the entity type will display
The entity name field will contain the name of the managed company. Complete other relevant information as required using the standard entity wizard process and ensuring mandatory section are completed. With such completed, click save will display the additional enVisual360 menus sections on the left.
A Company Administered entity contains the following sections:
