This section allows the configuration of company status that are required in enVisual360. This section can be controlled by security which can be set at Settings > Security > System Security > Compliance > Maintenance > Document Types. These compliance document types are used in Entity Wizard > Compliance > Company Status. These company status are used for a managed company in Entity Wizard > Compliance > General Information. Additional information can be displayed on the grid using the Filter Right Click Menu > Column Chooser. More about grid filters can be found in Filters.
Click Add Status will display
Description: input the company status description. A red i will be displayed when the field is empty. This is to indicate the field is mandatory Notes: input any relevant note required for the company status. Click save, will add the compliance company status on grid. Click Edit Status will enable editing the company status and click Delete Status will delete the company status. The used tick box column on the grid will be ticked when a company status is in use. Add, Edit and Delete options are also available in the right click menus. |
