The enFee bulk receipts feature allows multiple receipts to be created and allocated against selected invoices in a bulk manner. The feature will create a single receipt for each fee note / invoice selected and is limited to working within against a single master entity and within a single period at a time.
The bulk receipts feature is available from the side panel within the receipts grid, as shown below.
The bulk receipts form has a lot of options as covered below; Customer - This field allows you to select the required customer Inc. Related - This field works as a filter to include/exclude customers linked to the one selected Invoice origin - This field works a s a filter to include/exclude specific invoice types Load list - This button populates the invoice grid below, based on the filter criteria selected Payment Date - This option set the date of the receipt and allocation when applied Invoice selection grid - The invoice grid allows you to select which invoice will have a receipt created and invoices Bank - This field allows you to select bank through which the payments will take place
Once all the options have been set, clicking the next button will generate the receipts and allocate them to the selected invoices.
Important Note: If the payment date is configured in a manner that fails validation then the finish button will not be available.
