A Banking Institution is an extension of an Entity within enVisual360, meaning any Entity if enabled for such can become a Banking Institution. Banking Institution are created via the Entity Wizard > Financial > Bank Entity Details. This section is also controlled by security which can be set and maintained at Settings > Security > System Security > Financial > Bank - Add/Edit
To Create a Banking Institution, use the checkbox to enable the SortCode and Swift Code fields, these information are required in order to create a banking institution. With such information provided and saved, a banking institution is now created which can be used a Bank within enVisual360.
When an Entity is a banking institution, the 'Bank Account Holders' tab will be available for such Entity to allow and enable the maintenance of Account Holders for such Banking Institution.
