Bank Account is an extension of an Entity within enVisual360, meaning any Entity if enabled for such can have a Bank Account. The Bank Account screen is available within enVisual360 at the following sections Entity Wizard > Entity Details > Bank Accounts
enVisual Menu > Clients > Bank Account
enVisual Menu > Clients > Banking
Bank Account is controlled by security which can be set and maintained at Settings > Security > System Security > Clients > Bank Accounts
Adding a Bank Account To Create a Bank Account, the Currency and Bank Contact (Bank) are the minimal details required. Additional details such as Nominal Account, Account Number, Open Date, etc can be completed as required.
The Bank Account consist of 3 tabs Page 1 - contains details such as account holder name, nominal account, account number, currency, bank, status etc. Page 2 - contains details such as facility level, sortcode, swiftcode, account type and payment category Signatory Details - Provides the ability to maintain relevant signatory required for a Bank Account
The following Bank Account options are configurable in Settings/Maintenance > Banking Configurations
