Air Reports is the reporting tool included within EV360. Air reports is designed to support existing Crystal reports (.rpt files) as well as the more advanced Air Report design logic (.repx files)
Opening Air Reports
Air Reports can be opened from the EV360 toolbar
Running Reports
Air Report
An Air Report can be viewed by selecting it from the tree menu and then populating the parameters before clicking the submit button
Crystal Report
An existing Crystal report can be viewed by selecting it from the tree menu and then populating the parameters before clicking the run button
Maintaining Reports
Air Report and Crystal Reports
Both Air Reports and Crystal Report can be added/Edited/Removed from the Air Reports module using the side panel options
Add and Edit will show the settings box for the report links
| • | Name: Name of report as shown in the tree |
| • | File Location: The folder path to the location of the report |
| • | Image Location: The folder path to the location of the report thumb nail image |
| • | Module: The EV360 module in which the report will be displayed |
| • | Description: A brief description of the report as/if required |
| • | Security: The section for assigning users who can run/view the report |
