Once installed, enVisual 6 will create a separate desktop icon using the new enVisual icon. This will not conflict with the enVisual 4 desktop icon.
EnVisual 6 uses the same log in credentials as the enVisual database, meaning any logins to enVisual will also be valid for enVisual 6.
Security and licences are also currently applied from within enVisual 4 through the standard methods. The security for user access can be controlled via module security under it's own unique 'enVisual 6' setting as shown below.
Changing Passwords
Changing expired password on 360 is now available at the login page, where user can then choose a new password to be used.
Here, user will be asked to enter their current password and then enter the new one they wish to change it to.
Once all these have been done successfully, the application will then log user in.
