New workgroups can be added and edited in this screen via the left hand panel. When adding a workgroup users can specify the name, which users are in said workgroup and the security for the group. The first button is 'Add' where the second is 'Edit'.

Within the Add Workgroup wizard, the first screen presented is where you can set up the name and any relevant notes.

There is a feature within the workgroups module that allows for the quick addition of new workgroups through the copying of currently existing workgroups.

This feature can be accessed by right clicking the workgroup you would effectively like to clone and selecting the 'Copy Group To' option.

Once a name for the new workgroup is chosen and the user hits 'Ok' they will be prompted with the following screen:

This screen denotes what will be copied from the original workgroup into the new one. 'Copy Security' will copy all of the members and the security settings into the new group allowing for easier security setup afterwards.

Alternatively, 'Cancel Action' will not copy the security settings across but will still copy the members.
