The Third Party entity types are used for third parties that require only the necessary information to be stored. The types Third Party Customer and Third Party Supplier have been added into the Entity Type drop-down box within the Entity Wizard.
When used, the Entity Wizard screen will change to a cut down version showing the following details only:
Entity Name: Name of the third party customer/ supplier.
Docs Enabled/ Document Path: Checking this box will allow documents to be saved to this entity and the path will be set after the name has been entered.
Address: This is the address of the customer/ supplier.
Security Groups: This is where authorised users can assign the third party customer/ supplier to a security group(s).
