Settlors

This section displays assigned settlors to a managed trust. The section is controlled by security at Settings > Security > System Security > Administration > Trust/Foundations > Settlors

 

 

To add a Settlor, Click Add Settlor

 

Settlor: select the settlor from the dropdown. The dropdown will display entities with settlor category assigned in the entity wizard.

Type: select a settlor type. This field is customable at EV4 > Configure > Maintenance > enSecretary > Settlor Types

Appointment Date: select an appointment date for the settlor. This has been defaulted to current date but can be changed as required.

Date Settled: select the settled date if required. The tick box has to be ticked to enable the date field.

Resignation Date: select the resignation date. The tick box has to be ticked to enable the date field.

Notes: input any relevant notes for the settlor.

Click save when completed to add and display the settlor on grid.

To Edit a Settlor, select the settlor on grid and click Edit Settlor. This will load the form in an edit mode with the Settlor field disabled. Edit the settlor as required and click save when completed to save the changes and update the settlor on grid.

To Delete a Settlor, select the settlor on grid and click Delete Settlor. This will delete and remove the settlor from grid.

The Add, Edit and Delete Settlor options are also available in the right click menu.
