Scheduled Billing from within an Invoice

An alternate way of creating a fee schedule is from within the Billing Grid/Tree. When creating a new invoice, the user can select an option to 'Schedule this Fee' on the Fee Details page of the wizard as highlighted below.

The notable differences here compared to the fee schedule grid are the 'Action on Fee Generation' field, where the user can opt to either create the fee(s) as unposted or have them automatically post upon finish.

 

The other more important difference is that this method will create all of the invoices upon finalization. So for the above example, 5 invoices would be created as unposted with the Invoice date(s) set as 22/02, 22/03, 22/04 etc. due to the 'Monthly' frequency setting.
