Report Communications

 

Fee communications can be recorded for each fee.  For example you could record when the proforma has been sent out or when a statement is sent or a copy of the fee to a third party.

 

To attach a communications report to a fee, right click on the fee and select fee reports.

Then click on add to add a new report / action.

Next select the report or action from the list available, you can set the date sent and if a reply is required and the order in which the report or action should be dealt with. There is also a check box for when the action is completed.

At any time you can view and edit each action and when you mark them as completed a progress bar will advice how far you are from completion.
