The security for this section allows authorised users to assign/ revoke access rights to user groups within enVisual. The maintenance can be configured in Settings > Security > System Security > Clients > Maintenance > Relationship Groups, which is split into 5 sections: Add, Delete, Edit, History, and View. Users can be assigned/ unassigned to these features by using the arrow buttons or by double-clicking the security group. Assigned users will gain the right to use that feature throughout enVisual.
This section is where Relationship Groups can be created, modified and removed from enVisual. The grid displays all Relationship Groups, additional information, if the group is visible in the tree, and if the group can be edited. These Relationship Groups can be configured in Settings > Clients > Relationship Groups.
Adding a Relationship Group
Groups can be created by selecting the Add Relationship Group button on the left panel or by right-clicking on the grid and selecting Add Relationship Group. The Relationship Group - Add screen is made up of the following pages: Group Details, which contains the Group Name and any additional notes, and Relationship Types, where the existing relationship types can be assigned to the created group. Types can be assigned/ unassigned by using the arrow buttons on the middle panel or by double-clicking the relationship type.
