Prefix/Salutations

Top  Previous  Next

The Prefix/Salutations feature allows the configuration of the prefixes and salutations used for entities within enVisual. This section is where authorised users can Add, Edit and Delete entries. This feature is controlled by the security group which can be configured in Settings > Security > System Security > Client > Maintenance > Prefix/ Salutations. Here, the user can set the View, Add, Edit and Delete permissions as required for the respective enVisual User Groups. Configured prefixes/ salutations are used within the Entity Wizard > Entity Details > Names.
