Communication Types

Top  Previous  Next

Communication types are used to configure the methods of contact that are used for entities. This section is where the methods of communication can be added, modified and removed as required. This feature is controlled by security groups which can be configured in Settings > Security > System Security > Client > Maintenance > Communication Type. Here, the user can set the View, Add, Edit and Delete permissions as required for the respective enVisual User Groups. Configured communication types are used within the Entity Wizard > Entity Details > Communications.
