This is to enable file and document to be added into LiveFile from external applications such as outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel.
The plug in will have to have been installed first before the process can be done and completed.
Outlook to 360
To transfer file and document from outlook to 360, user needs to select the particular file or document they want to send to 360, then right click, select enVisual and then Send To LiveFile.
New window is then opened for adding document unto 360 with the file already attached and displayed in the files area of the window.
Microsoft Word, Excel and Other Applications to 360
User needs to open the file or document that needs to be pushed to LiveFile first, once file is opened, user can then click on file on the menu bar and then select the Save to LiveFile option, or select the enSynergy option available on the menu bar and then press send to LiveFile,
