enFee Maintenance is used to manage and maintain different parts of enFee. enFee maintenance can be accessed by clicking on the enFee maintenance icon in enFee.
Once you click on the enFee Maintenance button you are presented with two bars, the maintenance bar and the standard controls bar and a main working area which display information for the currently selected maintenance item.
The maintenance bar can be used to chose which part of enFee you want to maintain.
The different options are: -
The standard controls bar, which appear at the bottom of the screen can be used to change the selected maintenance item.
These control buttons perform the same operation whichever maintenance item is selected, with the exception of the add and edit buttons, which launch different forms depending on which maintenance item is selected, for example the add button will bring up a different form when in Fee Lines to when in Tax Rates.
Delete
When you select an item from the main working area, you can click the delete button to remove this item from the system, a confirmation box will be displayed incase the button is click accidentally.
Export
This will export whatever is in the working area into an excel spreadsheet so that this can be used externally from the system.
Refresh
The refresh button simply refreshes what is being displayed in the grid
X
The X button simple closes the maintenance module.
