The Billing Profile is used to create an invoice billing template for a customer who get billed on a regular basis. The billing profile option is available via the grid right click option on the Customer grid
Template can be created using the quick Add Lines from Template option which will populate all the configured settings for such template of using the Add/Edit Line option which will require each respective field to be completed as required. Template Invoice are configured in Settings/Maintenance.
