This section discusses how to setup and manage associates, this is done from the companies grid by right clicking on a company, going to company details, and going to the sub menu Related Details, then selecting Associates.
Selecting the Associates option from the right click menu will display the Associates screen to the user, the Associates screen is shown below.
To add an Associate the user can press the Add Associates button, which will load and display the Associate wizard shown below.
The associate dropdown will contain and list all the managed company and trust in the system excluding the current company. The user can then select a company/trust from the dropdown option. Next step will be to select appointment date and resignation date as required. Once completed, user can press the Add Another button to add another Associate or simply press Ok button to close the wizard and display the Associate on grid.
To delete an Associate the user can select the Company/Trust from the list and press the Delete Associates button. |
