This section discusses how to setup and manage Advisors, this is done from the companies grid by right clicking on a company, going to company details, and going to the sub menu Related Details, then selecting Advisors.
Selecting the Advisors option from the right click menu will display the Advisors screen to the user, the Advisors screen is shown below.
To add an Advisor the user can press the Add Advisor button to be presented with the following screen.
The user can then select an Advisor and a Type from the drop down lists and add some notes to the advisor, if the required advisor is not in the drop down list the user can use the advisor hyperlink to find a contact using the Global Entity Search. Once the user has entered all the information they can press the Ok button to add the advisor.
To Delete an advisor the user can select the required advisor from the list and press the Delete Advisor button. |
