This section allows the configuration of address types that can be used for entities throughout enVisual 360. The security for this section can be set in Settings > System Security > Clients > Maintenance > Groups. Here, authorised users can assign security groups to the following rights options: Add, Delete, Edit, History, and View.
This section is where address types can be created and modified to best describe the address types used for entities. These can be configured in Settings > Clients > Address Type. The address types are used when adding a new address within Entity Wizard > Entity Details > Addresses.
Address types such as Primary and Billing are added as defaults and such address types cannot be edited. However, custom address types can be added and such can be edited as required and necessary. Editable and used address types are ticked on the grid to indicate this. Additional information can be displayed on the grid using the Filter Right Click Menu > Column Chooser. To Add an Address Type, click the Add Address Type on the left panel display below
Input the address type in the description field and click save button will add the address type onto the grid.
To edit an address type, select the address type on the grid and click edit address type on the left panel. To delete an address type, select the address type on the grid and click delete address type on left panel. The Add, Edit and Delete menus are also available in Right Click Menu.
