Shared Addresses

This section allows the configuration of shared addresses used within enVisual 360. Shared addresses are used when one address is to be used in multiple areas throughout enVisual. The security for this section can be set in Settings > Clients > Shared Addresses. The used column in the grid displays how many times the shared address has been used/ linked to an entity.

Add

To add a shared address, select the Add Address button on the middle panel to open the enVisual - Address Add screen. The Address 1 and Country fields are mandatory fields, and after all necessary information has been entered and saved, this new address can then be used throughout enVisual 360.

Edit

To edit a shared address, simply select the address from the grid and select the Edit Shared Address button in the middle panel. This will update that shared address for all entities and other sections throughout enVisual.
