Report parameters are used as a way of passing any filter criteria selected by the user into the report file so as to display the relevant information in the report.
Report parameters can be created as list boxes, date fields or blank boxes. List boxes use queries to retrieve data relevant to the parameter for example a billing entity parameter would use a query to get a list of billing entities. Date fields simply show a calendar view fro the user to select a date from, and blank boxes are available for the user to type in the required information.
In enSelect parameters can be accessed by selecting the parameters tab in the bottom left corner of enSelect. Selecting the parameters tab will display a list of all available parameters as below.
