General Settings The general menu enables the general user configuration of envisual 360. Settings that can be found under here are: Settings for Application and Menu Colours, Grid Styles and Tree List Configuration.
Settings Here, user can configure the application and menu colours they prefer or desire. Options available under application settings here are: Navigation - Allows the user to change the general format of the system between; Graphical - Standard format, options located under enVisual Menu in sub menus.
Hierarchical - Disables the options under 'enVisual Menu' but makes them available in a list on the left hand side of the system instead in a list format.
Theme - Allows the user to change the overall colour theme of the system to a number of pre-sets. The default is 'Office 2013'. User also needs to be aware that the pre-selection of the application will only display and be visible depending on what type of default theme that is been used. The pre-select does not display on all the available themes. Fonts and Size – Allows the user to change the overall font type and size Language – Allows user to choose preferred language. Current available options are English and French.
Menu Colours Alternate to the above, allows the custom setting of colours per individual grid. User can select desired colours for some sections of the application, this enable user to select background and text colour. The section/area user are able to custom are: Clients, Company/Trust Admin, Documents, Air Portal and Dashboard.
Note: When user has changed display settings, user will have to logout and log back in for the changes to be implemented.
Grid Styles This allows for further customization of the grids.
The following can be customized here: Apply customizable grid settings, Colour grids, Bands for grids, Grid Display, Text Colour, Tree Colour and Header Colour. Note: General grid formatting settings are user specific.
Tree List Config This is to configure import and export tree list configuration.
