To add a purchase ledger to a client, the client must first of all have a chart of accounts, and a default purchase ledger control account. To check these please refer to the enAccount section.

 

Select the enPurchase tab from the enVisual tool bar.

 

enPurchase_LaunchModule

 

This will display the ribbon menu to allow you to;

View, edit and create suppliers.
Create and post purchase invoices and credit notes.
View purchase ledger balances
Drill down to posted invoices.
Process payments to suppliers and allocate to invoices.
