Automated Rules Warnings (A.I) These are A.I rules that are configured and setup by enVisual via a stored procedure, which can then be used to create and maintain A.I Alerts for Clients. When enabled and breached, will notify user of such breach on the alert grid unlike the manual alert where user will have to manually create such alert when breached.
There are quite a few configurations required in order to utilize or use the A.I warnings. 1. The A.I Rule needs to be setup and configure in the A.I Rule in Maintenance and Client Key Dates Maintenance (depending on the A.I Rule) 2. The A.I alert then uses either the Entity Key date or appropriate relevant date to notify envisual users when such alert is breached/triggered by running the Rule Alert screen The below are the options available when configuring A.I Alerts for use A.I Alert in Maintenance > A.I Rules. Rule Name – can be modified as required but advisable not. because such is used at the global level and used for better reference as created by us. Stored Procedure – to be left as is, this is the mechanism that we have created and linked to the respective A.I Rule to enable the trigger of such rule when breached Warning Message – can be modified as desired. This is what is shown in notes section when such rule is breached. Alert Priority - used to indicate the alert priority and can be maintained as required. i.e can be configured as desired in maintenance Rule Type - used to indicate the rule type. also can be maintained and configured as desired in maintenance Value Required - used to input a value when required. for example, if want an alert to trigger before expiration date. e.g Passport expiry to alert 3 months in advance. the value is inputted in days. e.g 1 month will be inputted as 30 days, 2 months as 60 days and so on Allow ByPass – flag to allow an Entity to be bypass a rule when such rule is breached. Create Task – flag to allow a task to be created when a rule is breached Warn when breached – flag to indicate and show such alert on the alert grid when such alert is breached Lock Entity on Breach – flag to lock an entity once such rule is breached by an entity. When an entity is locked due to rule breach – only users with security for access to locked entity can modify data for such entity Rule enabled – flag used to turn a rule off/on. When ticked means such rule will be active and when breached will be notified. When turned off (i.e not ticked) will not be active and notify yuser when breached. This is where A.I rule can be turned on and off on a global system wide level.
Rule with Tasks A.I Rule also have the ability to generate a task to remind users when a rule has been breached by utilizing the Task flag option. This then gives the ability to assign such tasks to either a user or responsible group and include message.
A.I with Security The A.I Rule can also be maintained by security as required to limit users who can view/see such breaches. This is maintained in the security right tab.
